Juried exhibition celebrating the 110th anniversary of Moscow City Hall’s construction and its previous use as a post office. Virtual and physical display in consideration of covid-19. Submitted work pays homage to Moscow's location on a map, the Palouse River and the land use decisions and cultures that run along it.
